Takayama Village, Shinshu, where Tsuchimegu is located, is located in northern Nagano Prefecture and is a very beautiful village with a panoramic view of the Zenkoji Plain.
The owner used to work as a chef in hotels and restaurants.

He realized the importance of food ingredients and moved to the area with the aim of becoming a farmer, so he could grow crops that he was satisfied with with his own hands.

Various climate and location conditions are suitable for fruit cultivation

Here, we strive every day to grow crops full of vitality.

About Tsuchimegu

The reason why the fruits of "Shinshu Takayama Farm Tsuchimegu" are so delicious

Selection of Tsuchimegu

We harvest at the optimum ripeness

We do fertilizer-free grass cultivation.

At Tsuchimegu, we do not use any chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, or herbicides.
Covering the soil surface with a diverse range of grasses can help regulate soil temperature and increase the number of microorganisms and organic matter.

We aim to create a field rich in nature where many living things can live and coexist.

These are carefully selected "leafless apples"

Apple leaves play an important role in providing sweetness and nutrients to the fruit through photosynthesis.
Picking the leaves results in beautiful red apples, but at Tsuchimegu, we don't pick the leaves until harvest in order to deliver apples that are sweeter and more nutritious.
We will work hard to produce apples that are as even in color as possible by carefully turning the fruit and exposing it to sunlight.
